Undesired change of focus to graph visualisation window

When the Graph Visualisation is open and has continuous update, and one executes some commands from the main window (e.g., right click in operations view and "Execute by Predicate") the focus returns to the Graph Visualisation even if it was in the background.

We should probably disable the automatic focus grabbing of the Graph Visualisation (and possibly Table Visualisation as well?) windows?
